Delete your Skuls account

Skuls is made by Markus Menes (developer: Trippel M). You can delete your account in the app, or ask us to do it.

In the app

1. Tap the round profile button at the top right.
2. Scroll down to Konto (Account).
3. Tap Slett kontoen (Delete account), then tap again to confirm.

The account is deleted at once. The phone needs to be online.

Without the app

Email hei@skuls.app from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted, and what stays

• Deleted: your name, your email address and Google link, your "Meg" list, your wishes and your points balance. Wishes you were to give others are withdrawn.
• Deleted entirely: households where you are the only adult, with their children's profiles and all their content.
• Stays: what you ticked off in a household with other adults. It remains in the history as "Tidligere medlem" (former member), with nothing that points to you, so the others' stats don't change.
• Purchase receipts are kept as long as bookkeeping law requires.
