Who sees your information

Where it is stored

Everything we store about your household is in the EU/EEA. Some providers are companies outside the EU/EEA; any transfer to them relies on a lawful basis: the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long

Children

Children under 13 have no account of their own. They are profiles managed by their parents, with only a name and a colour. From 13, a child can have their own account, linked to the family by a parent.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of and deletion of your data, and get it in a common format. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email hei@skuls.app from the address you sign in with, and we'll answer within 30 days. You delete your account yourself in the app; see Delete your account.

If you think we handle data against the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.

Security

All traffic is encrypted. In the database, each user can only read their own households. We store no passwords: you sign in with a code sent by email, or with Google.

Changes

If we change anything significant, we'll say so in the app before it applies. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
